Our engineering services cover structural calculation using finite elements, fluid analysis and CFD, the calculation of industrial buildings as turnkey projects, and the development of mechanical testing documentation, including the corresponding test plans.
We design and calculate tooling for mechanical testing as well as mechanical components, with kinematic analysis, design standardization and optimization. We support product development projects and define manufacturing strategies and plans, backed by advanced process and materials engineering.
In the aeronautical and civil fields we carry out tooling calculation and development, the design of composite-material components with process and assembly control sheets, and petrochemical engineering: the calculation, development and manufacture of storage tanks and auxiliary equipment such as sampling systems or purge tanks.
Dimensional verification closes the loop: our two coordinate measuring machines certify that what we manufacture matches what we calculated.
